To provide Towcester and neighbouring villages with a convenient parcel collection point we are pleased to offer UPS package collection and drop-off (including parcel returns).

A UPS Access Point location is a convenient UPS parcel delivery and retrieval location. You can also drop off labelled and prepaid UPS Returns parcels at our shop.

To ensure you receive your package at a time that suits you, simply ensure you select this as the delivery option.

How It Works

If you elected to have your parcel delivered to our UPS Access Point location at the time of ordering your goods, you will receive a notification alert via email or SMS when the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You must present a recognised form of photo ID to collect our parcel.

Easy Returns and Package Drop Off

You can drop off any package with a UPS prepaid label. Depending on what time of day you drop off your package, it will be safely stored and collected the same or next working day by UPS.

Note: Your package cannot exceed 20kg in weight or 80cm in length and must already include a UPS prepaid shipping label.

If you do not already have a prepaid label, you can:

• Contact the original sender for a return label
• Create a shipping label online (follow the link and click Create a Shipment on ups.com on the page which opens)
